This door-to-door service is ideal for patients who can walk independently or with a cane or walker. Unlike a standard rideshare, NEMT drivers are trained in basic first aid and patient sensitivity, ensuring that the passenger isn’t just dropped off at the curb but safely guided to their appointment check-in
